What the heck is a Louie Award?
Shame on you for not knowing. OK, get out a pencil and a piece of paper and listen closely. Named after Louis Prang, the "Father of the American Christmas Card", the Louie Award, established in 1988, is presented as a symbol of excellence to winning contestants in an annual international greeting card competition, honoring the best greeting card designers and publishers around. Judging criteria include: Imagination, Artistry, Impact, Harmony, Sendability, and Value.
Leslie Murray has received 19 prestigious Louie Awards in the past 9 years.
